With a background spanning sales, real estate, construction, and business development, Gabriel Ruiz is a multi-business owner, investor, and community leader dedicated to growth, innovation, and service.

As the owner of Prime Time General Contracting since 2020, Gabriel leads residential remodeling and reconstruction projects, ensuring excellence in every build. His company has earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and customer-focused service. He was recognized by Center Sphere, a network of local business professionals, as its Entrepreneur of the Year in 2022.

Beyond construction, Gabriel is a partner in Fibrenew Omaha, an eco-friendly and cost-effective franchise specializing in leather, vinyl, and plastic restoration. Through Fibrenew, he helps homeowners, businesses, and vehicle owners extend the life of their assets by repairing rather than replacing, reducing environmental impact while saving money.

A seasoned real estate investor, Gabriel owns Prime Time General Real Estate, where he focuses on short-term rentals, long-term holds, and fix-and-flip projects. His ability to identify opportunities, restore properties, and maximize investment value has established him as a key player in the Omaha real estate market.

In addition to his business ventures, Gabriel is deeply involved in community service and philanthropy. He plays a role in the Omaha Cornhusker Cosmopolitan Foundation (OCCF), supporting diabetes care, special needs programs, and community outreach. He also supports Chariots 4 Hope, a nonprofit providing reliable transportation solutions to those in need, and has been a repetitive volunteer with Food Bank for the Heartland, helping combat food insecurity. Additionally, Gabriel previously served on the advisory board for Rejuvenating Women (RW), helping raise awareness about human trafficking and organizing carwash fundraisers to support the organization’s mission.

Gabriel is also a dedicated advocate for veterans, participating in the 50 Mile March to raise funds and awareness for local veterans, combat homelessness, and address mental health issues. Through this initiative, he contributes to supporting those who have served.

A leader in professional networking, Gabriel serves as Vice President of Center Sphere’s Wake & Cake Chapter 17and President of Chapter 74 (Tactical Networking Tactics – TNT), helping business owners and professionals foster connections and strategic growth. He is also a partner in Depreciating Assets LLC, a car club that hosts car shows, meet-ups, and racing events while giving back to the local community through volunteer work and fundraising efforts.

Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Gabriel overcame early life challenges and worked his way into entrepreneurship through determination and resilience. After gaining experience in sales and retail, he moved to Omaha, investing in real estate and business ventures that would become the foundation of his success.

Among his proudest accomplishments, Gabriel values the growth of his businesses, his contributions to the community, and the success of his family. Above all, he is a proud father of three beautiful daughters and husband to an incredible wife, who inspire him daily to pursue excellence in both his professional and personal life.
